Visit us, with your boat or ours
We want to make it easy for you to come and spend the day with us. If you’ve flown or driven into Gove, then we have Snubfin passenger boat return service (seasonal). Alternatively, if you’re a local and want to sail across then you can do that too!

Wednesday – Sunday service where pick ups will be between 8am – 10am depending on tides and leaving the island 4.5 hours later. You will receive a text message 24 hours prior to confirm the departure time. Just the right amount time to enjoy a delicious lunch from our ala carte menu and to indulge in our extensive drinks menu.

Get to the Boat Club early and enjoy a coffee of your choice on us. Welcome Iced Tea or Detox Water on arrival to prepare you for the day!
Snubfin is the name of our boat which will pick you up from the Gove Boat Club and get you back there safely. Pricing is from $149.00 per person on weekdays* and $179.00 per person on the weekends and public holidays.
Bring a party of at least 4 then it’s only $129.00 per person on weekdays* and $149.00 per person on weekends & public holidays
It’s just a 50-minute boat ride departing from the Gove Boat Club
* Excludes School holiday periods
Your boat is welcome!
If you feel like skippering your own boat then you are more than welcome to. A $30 per adult person (18 years or over) permit fee is payable upon arrival. Plan to arrive any time after 10.30am and you will need to leave the island by 4pm (unless you are staying with us).
The permit fee will be waived for each adult who spends over $100.00.
* Special Conditions:
- Refillable water bottles are more than welcome and we will happily refill your water bottle with the best tasting water in the north!
- No outside food or drinks of any kind is able to be brought onto the island. You’re here to enjoy the best we have to offer and it’s nice to indulge in some really great food and beverages. Please inform us at time of booking if you have any food allergies which may prevent you from consuming our food.
